Commission Info

By commissioning me, you consent to these terms and conditions: 

  • The final artwork/digital files will become yours only upon final payment.
  • Please do not modify the final artwork on your own without consulting me first.
  • Any further alterations needed after final payment will be charged separately. 
  • Credits are greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

    The Process:

    1. CONTACT: Let's talk! Send me a message with a description of your commission via email or through my website.
    2. PRICE ESTIMATE: An estimated price will be given at the beginning of the commission based on project complexity, schedule, etc. Please keep in mind that estimates may increase if there are excessive revisions/unforeseen changes. Your approval shall be obtained if any additional increases are needed to complete the final design. 
    3. INVOICE: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the estimated price is due before the start of design work with remainder due upon completion of the commission. Any overdue balances will have a $25 service charge.
    4. DESIGN: The start of design work will begin once I confirm your commission and receive your 50% deposit. I will send periodic progress updates to ensure the project is meeting your expectations.
    5. FINAL PAYMENT* & DELIVERY: Your commission and all accompanying files will be sent once final payment is received.

    *Payments will be through PayPal invoice.
