BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU CONSENT TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The final artwork/digital files will become yours only upon final payment.
  • Please do not modify the final artwork on your own without consulting me first.
  • Any further alterations needed after final payment will be charged separately.

    THE PROCESS

    1. CONTACT: Let's talk! Send me an email with a description of what you're looking for. The more details the better. Reference photos are also appreciated! 
    2. PLANNING & PRICE ESTIMATE: Once you're happy with the direction we'll be taking, an estimated price will be given based on project complexity and schedule. Please keep in mind estimates may increase if there are excessive revisions/unforeseen changes. Your approval shall be obtained if any additional increases are needed to complete the final design. 
    3. INVOICE: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the estimated price is due before the start of design work with remainder due upon completion of the commission. Any overdue balances will have a $25 service charge.
    4. DESIGN: Let the fun begin! I will send periodic progress updates of your illustration/logo concepts/type and color explorations/brand elements/etc. to ensure the project is meeting your expectations.
    5. FINAL PAYMENT* & DELIVERY: Once the design is approved, I'll send you the files you need once final payment is received.

    *Payments will be through PayPal invoice.
