MY ORDER ARRIVED DEFECTED OR WITH THE WRONG ITEM(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?
My sincerest apologies! In order to resolve this issue, please contact me with your order number, photos of your package and the item(s) you received. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final. At this time I do not accept any returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any questions or problems with your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All unshipped orders may be canceled within 48 hours.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders take 1–2 days to process before being dropped off at the post office. Estimated delivery times for the following destinations:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL: 5-21 business days

Due to the global pandemic and influx of holiday shipments, please expect an additional 1–2 weeks delay on top of the usual shipping time. I will do my best to ship out products as soon as possible to minimize any further delays. Thank you so much for your understanding! Your support is greatly appreciated. 

WILL MY ORDER COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
You can select the "Bubble Mailer & Tracking #" shipping option during checkout to receive a tracking number.
